I am currently employed, part-time, by City College, Brighton and Hove as the Counselling Courses Curriculum Co-ordinator. My areas of involvement include interviewing students, co-ordinating with accreditation bodies regarding course validations and updating and evaluating course criteria and assessment. This role involves developing new courses for the future and mentoring/supporting tutors.

As a trainer for various counselling organisations, I have run workshops on Dissociative Identity Disorder, Fragile Process, Bereavement Counselling, Stress management, Supervision, Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Integrating CBT and the Person-Centred Approach.

CRITICAL INCIDENT STRESS DEBRIEFING
Trained with Sussex Police in 2006 and currently work with EAPs on an ad hoc national basis.

RAPID RESPONSE PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT
I volunteer with the British Red Cross (in conjunction with the Foreign and Commonwealth office) for international emergency situations for UK Nationals.
